We go thru phases with summer drinks, but one that we always return to is the Dark ‘n Stormy®. It was created by the Gosling Brothers’ distillery and traditionally it uses a non-Jamaican style ginger beer, as the Jamaican style is often overspiced with cayenne and does not provide the citrus notes characteristic of the original Bermudian mixed drink.
